Membership Program

Overview

Through our annual Membership Program, the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies offers industry leaders the opportunity to gain access to valuable research, attend seminars on a range of issues, and interact with our outstanding students. By directly involving the professional community in the life of the Runstad Center, we ensure that our academic program remains relevant, that we are attuned to key industry issues and research priorities, and that we continue to adequately prepare our students for successful real estate careers.

Membership Levels

We offer three categories of membership with distinct levels of benefits; all membership contributions are tax-deductible and go to support the teaching and research activities of the Runstad Center.

  • Supporting Members: Annual contribution of $2,500

    Supporting Members will receive the following benefits:

    • Access to Center research
    • Invitation to all Center wide events
    • Listing on Membership page of Center Web site

  • Sustaining Members: Annual contribution of $5,000

    In addition to the benefits listed above, Sustaining Members will receive:

    • Regular communications highlighting Center initiatives, events, and resources (e.g., new research projects, special meetings and conferences, availability of online student resumes)
    • Priority admission to all Center events

  • Foundation Members Annual contribution of $10,000

    In addition to the benefits listed above, Foundation Members will receive:

    • Invitation to annual Foundation Members Event
    • Recognition at all Center events
    • Listing in Center e-newsletter
