Activity Overview
Background
Over the past several years, the UWREClub has hosted a number of tours of major projects in the greater Seattle Region. This activity is being expanded and updated to respond to student interest. The previous tours have drawn a combination of club members as well as students from across campus with an interest in real estate. Plans are underway for the upcoming academic year.

- Lincoln Square (II)... an updated tour of Lincoln Square during Spring 2005.
- New Holly... a tour of the Hope VI repositioning in South Seattle.
- Quadrant... a tour of one of Quadrant's new developments.
- Lincoln Square... a major mixed-use development in the heart of Bellevue.
- Millenium Tower... a high-rise office/residential condominium project in the heart of downtown Seattle.
- Uwajimaya Village... a mixed-use retail/residential project in the International District.
- Civica Office Commons... a class A office building in Bellevue, Washington.
- Harbor Steps... a mixed-use retail, residential and hotel project in the downtown district.
- Amazon Headquarters... the headquarters of Amazon.com located in a converted hospital building in southeast Seattle.
Planned Tour/Activities
- Brown Bag Lunches... the RE Club is in the process of planning to continue their successful series of informal lunches with local real estate professionals and is working on the Fall 2005 schedule.
- Major Tours... In general, the UWREC has one major tour per quarter, seeking projects that appeal to the full membership of the organization. Check back for more details.
