Millennium Tower

Project Location

In Winter, 2004 the UW Real Estate Club had a tour of Millennium Tower, a class A office building in Downtown Seattle. Greg Smith, President of Gregory Broderick Smith Real Estate, hosted the tour and served refreshments to quench some of the "thirst for real estate" enkindled by the upscale development.

In addition to Millennium Tower, Greg discussed his "vision" for the southern downtown area, especially Pier 46 which he and some other real estate developers hope to be able to convert to an upscale, mixed-use development.
