Lincoln Square

In Spring 2004, the UW Real Estate Club was hosted by Kemper Freeman and key members of his management team. The tour began in the successful Bellevue Square development and focused on their plans for Lincoln Square which they purchased from Lend Lease Invesments as the Australian firm wound down its US operations.

The event began with a discussion of the philosophy of the firm and the evolution of its business operations, and then turned to a discussion of the Lincoln Square development and how it would be integrated into Bellevue Square to enhance the synergy and scale of the overall operation. After an on-site tour in which the students were divided into teams and hosted by members of the firm, Kemper and his management team mingled with students in a reception at Ruth Chris Steak House in Bellevue Square.
