Harbor Steps

In Winter 2003, the UWREClub participated in a tour of Harbor Steps in Downtown Seattle. The award-winning project presented insights into successful mixed-use development, combining residential, hotel, retail and service space into a single facility.

The tour began with a discussion of real estate careers and opportunities led by Robert J. Holmes, CEO and President of Harbor Properties. In addition to providing his personal insights on the profession, Robert shared his firm's strategy in developing the unique mixed-use facility and the lessons they learned along the way.
