Civica Office Commons

In Spring 2003, members of the UWREClub enjoyed a tour of Civica Office Commons, a class A office building in Bellevue. In addition to the tour, Dan Ivanoff, the managing investment partner of Schnitzer Northwest provided his personal observations on real estate careers and what he was looking for in new employees.

In addition to providing students with some general insight into how real estate markets work, Dan and his management team discussed the philosophy of their firm as well as some of their policies and practices that stood them apart from their peers. They also presented some of the research on the Bellevue Real Estate Market that they used in their decision to develop Civica and would use in future projects they have on the drawing boards.
