Project Location

In Fall 2002, the UWREClub had its first official tour under its "interdisciplinary" umbrella. The tour was hosted by Greg Johnson, President of Wright-Runstad, at the Amazon.com headquarters in the renovated PacMed Tower in Seattle.

In addition to the tour, Greg assembled some of the key participants who were instrumental in the project's success including Julie Benezet, Joel Horne, and some representatives from Amazon. Students were exposed to how developers can create win-win situations for investors, developers and tenants while being sensitive to the community in which they operate.
