Specialization in Real Estate

 

The Real Estate Specialization (24 credits) is for students who anticipate having a direct career path in real estate, and is designed to train students to be generalists, to understand the interdisciplinary nature of decision-making, and provide full service solutions.

Required Electives (12 credits)

Take 8 credits of real estate electives and 4 credits of approved non-real estate (interdisciplinary) electives or 12 credits of real estate electives. If scheduling permits, students are encouraged to take additional courses drawn from a list of interdisciplinary electives.

 

Students who are required to complete a thesis/project must have a real estate faculty member or designee as the chair or member of thesis committee.
