Typical Schedule
The UW Real Estate Program is in the process of renumbering courses to reflect the sequential nature of the program and accommodate new course offerings. To help students plan their program of study, the following table indicates when courses are "typically" offered. The starting point for the program will be the Real Estate Process course (URBDP 522) for general graduate students, while MBAs will begin with the "Fundamentals of Real Estate," a bridge elective in the spring of their first year.
