Master of Science in Real Estate Curriculum

The MSRE curriculum, requires students to complete courses within three groups (Business skills, Technical/Software skills, Real Estate Core), electives and one capstone course among four specified or a comparable course the academic advisor and Director of Graduate Programs agree upon. Depending on their previous degree, incoming students will be admitted in the MSRE under either:

  MSRE– Regular standing MSRE– Advanced standing

* All transcripts will be reviewed for inclusion of quantitative courses [e.g. statistics, accounting/financial reporting, management, and visualization techniques(e.g. econometrics, programing, coding etc.)]

** Students with no prior real estate coursework will be strongly encouraged to take RE510 Introduction to Real Estate as one of these electives during their first quarter in the program.

Internship

The program does not require an internship. If students would like to pursue one no credit or course accommodations will be provided.
