This is the capstone course for the real estate program and is intended to give students an opportunity to draw on their understanding of the full breadth of the discipline to solve various real estate decisions.

The course will include actual case studies and will culminate in a student project that will present an optimal solution for a particular site and/or problem definition.

This course is also known as the "NAIOP Real Estate Challenge."
