Courses

 

The UW Real Estate Program, through the Department of Urban Design and Planning, offers an Interdisciplinary Specialization in Real Estate, which is available to graduate students across campus who satisfy the course requirements outlined below. In general, student must take (3) core real estate courses, must take a minimum of (2) elective real estate courses, and an additional (1) course from the real estate electives or from a list of approved electives.

 

In addition to formal course requirements, students must complete a capstone experience which may consist of a thesis, depending on the requirements of the program through which they receive their graduate degree.
