The University of Washington, through the Department of Urban Design and Planning in the College of Architecture and Urban Design offers eligible graduate students a Concentration in Real Estate. This designation is available to graduate students across campus. Our students are drawn from a number of colleges and departments and are exposed to real estate in an interdisciplinary context. In addition to students seeking the designation, a number of students attend selective real estate classes to complement their core programs or to provide certain training and academic exposure.
Internships/Jobs
One of the major opportunities for UW students interested in real estate careers is the ability to participate in the internship program coordinated by the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies. The Center also helps students obtain permanent positions in a variety of local, regional and national companies. Click on here to see our Internship/Job listings for 2006.
Resume/Job Book
