Overview

Welcome to the video-audio PowerPoint presentation series. Please click on the appropriate presentation. The files are Windows Media and will require a player. They will stream down and are fairly large so wait a bit. You might be prompted for the PowerPOint 2003/2002 Add-in: Office Animation Runtime. If so, download it and you should be able to access the materials. They should also work audio only on slower connections which you will select under the Play option. You must be in Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater or Netscape to run. If you have another default browser, you might have to download a free version of IE or Netscape and then open when you want to run these.

Please note that our use of Streaming Video PowerPoints is somewhat experimental. Once we determine whether the effort is viable, we will increase the audio and video quality. We will also introduce more advanced techniques as we go so please bear with us. Your feedback is appreciated. These lectures have been prepared to enhance the instructional content and delivery for the Fundamentals of Real Estate, URBDP 598F being taught Spring 2005. Click here for a video overview of the REUW Real Estate Program as of Spring 2005. Thanks for your interest and please contact us if you have questions and/or feedback Jim DeLisle.
