Welcome to the Spring 2009 Quarter
Welcome to the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies. We are based in the College of Built Environments at the University of Washington. The name change for our college (i.e., formerly College of Architecture and Urban Planning) recognizes its changing nature and more accurately reflects its mission and inclusion of other disciplines operating under its umbrella including real estate. This is an exciting time as we prepare for the upcoming academic year and the expansion of our real estate educational offerings.
We would like to welcome our visitors to our website which is designed as a resource for students and the broader real estate community. Please take advantage of the many links we have compiled on our site. We call your special attention to our wide array of Real Estate Links which reflect our vision of the nature and scope of the discipline. We invite each of our visitors to suggest how we can better achieve our mission of advancing knowledge and promoting the interdisciplinary real estate education. For more information, contact us at: rcres@u.washington.edu |

MSRE Application Information. In Fall 2009, the University of Washington will offer new two-year Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) Program. There are a limited number of openings for late applications; eligible candidates will be admitted on a first come, first served basis. In light of the interdisicplinary nature of our program and applicants, we will be accepting either the GRE or the GMAT (click for links).
